EU urged to support new 'green bonds' to plug investment gap

The EU is planning to offer its support for a variety of green bonds in a bid to ramp up investment in African and other emerging economies.  

The proposals are part of a report by an EU Commission expert group published on Tuesday (30 April) which is designed to feed into the EU’s €300bn
