French PM is for eurozone-only treaty by March

French PM Fillon told domestic deputies Tuesday he would prefer a text endorsed by just the 17 states of the eurozone. "We will try Friday during the EU Council, and if there is no unanimity, we will do it amongst the 17 by March, 2012", he said.
