Dutch budget measures 'too vague'

The multi-billion-euro package of deficit-cutting measures put together by the caretaker Dutch government are "too vague" to assess properly, the country’s economic planning agency said Thursday. It indicated that it cannot say for sure that the deal can meet the EU budget deficit requirement of 3 percent of GDP.
