EU flying rules risk increasing likelihood of crashes

More early starts, longer night shifts and cuts to crew numbers - all part of new EU rules harmonising flying rules - risk increasing the likelihood of crashes, the British pilots' union, Balpa, has said, reports the BBC. The European Aviation Safety Agency is to announce the rules Monday.
