Just one in five (21%) voted in Sunday's Bulgarian referendum on the construction of a second nuclear power plant, with 61% voting yes and 39% no, reports Novinite. The low turnout is not sufficient to make the referendum result binding, but enough to take the question to the Bulgarian parliament.
