Brussels endorses smoking bans in bars

National bans on smoking in bars and restaurants in EU countries have seen people's exposure to carcinogenic second-hand smoke drop from 46% to 28% from 2009 to 2012, the European Commission reported Friday. The Czech republic and Slovakia are the last EU states where you can smoke in a bar.
