EU countries relax Syria oil ban to help rebels

EU countries have agreed to relax their ban on imports of oil from Syria to help rebels raise funds. They said European governments should first consult with the Syrian National Coalition for Opposition and Revolutionary Forces to make sure transactions do not benefit regime members on the EU sanctions list.
