Bulgaria changes its mind on Hezbollah terrorism claims

Bulgaria's new FM, Kristian Vigenin, has said Lebanese militants Hezbollah might not have bombed Israeli tourists in Burgas last year. "I think the evidence we have is not explicit," he told national radio on Wednesday. Its previous government had had been more bullish, prompting EU talks on blacklisting the group.
