Thirteen countries to lose seats in European Parliament
By EUobserver
In the 2014 European elections, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania will each lose one EP seat, Germany will lose three and none will gain a seat, Parliament decided Wednesday. The reductions makes room for Croatian MEPs, while keeping the 751-seat limit.
