Some 35,000 bankers may face bonus cuts

About 35,000 bankers worldwide may be hit by EU rules capping bonuses at twice annual pay, the British Bankers’ Association has said. BBA asked for a one-year delay of the rules, which will apply to 23,450 bankers in the UK, 2,835 in other EU countries and 8,777 around the world.
