EU countries urge France to wait for UN

Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden have said in Vilnius that the US and France should wait for a UN weapons inspectors' report on Syria before launching strikes, Reuters reports. Luxembourg noted that EU countries have an "impossible" choice between between their French and US allies and respect for UN law.
