US judge rules against mass surveillance

A US federal judge on Monday said surveillance conducted by the National Security Agency on Americans is a violation of the US constitution, reports the International New York Times. The judge described the snooping as "indiscriminate and arbitrary" and ruled the agency to stop collecting data on the two plaintiffs.
