108 journalists died in 2013

The International Federation of Journalists on Tuesday said 108 journalists were killed in 2013 (15 died from accidents and illnesses). Syria ranked the most dangerous with 15 killed, followed by Iraq at 13, and 10 each in Pakistan, Philippines, and India. The figure is 10% less compared to last year.
