EU top in anti-trust fines

The European Commission handed down record fines in 2013, cashing in €1.9 billion in penalties. That’s more than double the amount handed down by antitrust authorities in the US and ten times more than China, according to law firm Allen & Overy’s 2013 report on global antitrust fines.
