Irish bonds given 'investment' grade

Irish government bonds have been upgraded to nvestment grade by credit rating agency Moody's. Moody’s said that it was upgrading Ireland’s credit rating by one notch to Baa3, the lowest investment grade. It also raised the country's economic outlook to "positive" raising the prospect of another increase later this year.
