French military chief eyes Libya operation

French admiral Edouard Guillaud has said there should be an "international" military mission to stabilise south Libya amid tribal clashes in recent weeks. The post-war, oil rich country is already hosting security advisors from France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the US, as well as an EU border security mission.
