Greece in cheaper Russian gas bid

Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras met Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday in a bid to reduce the price of Russian natural gas in Greece, reports Kathimerini. Greece is said to pay 30% higher than the EU average. "Low energy prices from Russia are crucial to our recovery,” said Samaras.
