EU meeting with Yanukovych back on

The German and Polish foreign ministries have confirmed that their ministers, and French FM Fabius, are meeting with Ukrainian President Yanukovych in Kiev. Reports earlier said they cancelled the event after police opened fire on protesters in the city centre, with at least 17 more people dead, AFP reports.
