Estonia swears in EU’s youngest PM

The Estonian parliament on Wednesday swore in a new coalition cabinet composed of the centre-right Reform Party and the leftist Social Democrats. The new prime minister, Taavi Roivas, 34 is the European Union’s youngest head of government and holds a thin majority of just 52 seats in the 101-member parliament.
