Finnish PM to stand down in hope of EU job

Jyrki Katainen will resign as Finland's prime minister in June, throwing his hat into the ring for one of the EU's top jobs following May's European elections. “I am interested in... membership of the commission or special duties outside the commission," Katainen said as a press conference on Saturday.
