Nuclear disarmament slowing, says report

The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute in a report on Monday said nuclear warheads have declined over the past five years but noted nuclear weapons states – China, France, Russia, UK, US – are either deploying new nuclear weapon delivery systems or have announced programmes to do so.
