MEPs to vote on Juncker

The European Parliament will Tuesday vote on Jean-Claude Juncker becoming the next European Commission president. The former Luxembourg PM needs an absolute majority of MEPs (376 of the 751) in order to secure the post- a hurdle he is expected to manage after wooing various political groups in recent days.
