Ukraine and Russia agree winter gas supplies

Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has confirmed that a gas-supply deal was secured at a meeting on Friday in Milan with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russia is demanding pre-payment for the gas while accepting a discount of $100 per one thousand cubic metres.
