Dijsselbloem: Netherlands will pay top-up if 'facts and figures are correct'

The Netherlands will pay the €642 million it owes the EU thanks to a new calculation method "if facts and figures are correct", finance minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem said Sunday in a news programme Nieuwsuur. The UK has been more rigid in its opposition to paying its bill.
