Draghi signals ECB is preparing new stimulus

The European Central Bank is preparing to expand its stimulus programme to avoid deflation, Mario Draghi told Handelsblatt in an interview published Friday. "We are in technical preparations to adjust the size, speed and compositions of our measures in early 2015," said Draghi. The measures could include purchasing government bonds.
