Hungarian activists in line for a state shake up

The Hungarian government is planning to divide civil organisations such as NGOs into 'good' and 'bad' groups in order to re-distribute funding.

The government stated aims are to minimise the influence of NGOs that do not perform real work and just operate to get funding, but it appears that the division of resources will not be based on more objective grounds.
