Irish Referendum Commission short of time

Some 1.3 million Irish households will receive an information bulletin on each of the three referendums to be held on 7 June in the post by 25 May, the chairman of the Irish Referendum Commission, former Chief Justice Mr Tom Finlay said yesterday, according to the Irish Times.
