Proposal to state Christian roots in Constitution

Polish members of the Convention on EU future are to propose the inclusion of provisions mentioning Christian roots of Europe in the European constitution the body is expected to draft. On Tuesday, Polish members of the Convention, the President of Poland Aleksander Kwasniewski and the head of the Polish Church discussed issues linked to Poland’s integration into the EU.
