Italy’s interior minister Giuseppe Pisanu has restated his wish to have European quotas on the number of immigrants coming from countries outside the EU.
At a meeting this afternoon (29 August) in Rimini, Italy, Mr Pisanu said that this move is necessary to resolve the problem of illegal immigration.
