Young Swedes want Constitution referendum

A majority of young Swedes, below 30 years, would like to have a say on the new European Constitution in a referendum.

According to SIFO/TT, 52% of Swedes aged 15 to 29 would like to have a constitutional referendum. Among young women support is even higher - 57%.

But the Swedish government and a majority in the Parliament are set to decide the matter. And they are backed on this by a majority of the people.
