Merkel and Hollande to discuss defence merger

A merger between EADS and BAE will be discussed when French and German leaders meet Saturday in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The merger would create the world’s largest defence and aerospace company with Madrid and London maintaining the right to veto corporate decisions that go against their national security, reports Financial Times.
