ECB's Asmussen envisages third Greek bailout

European Central Bank board member Joerg Asmussen told ZDF a third Greek bailout "will be required", as the country will still be unable to finance itself when the current programme ends, in 2014. Any further financial assistance to Greece is taboo for German politicians looking to parliamentary elections next year.
