Germany seeks single EU position on Palestine

German foreign ministry spokesman John Reyels told EUobserver Berlin is seeking "close co-ordination between EU partners" on Palestine's UN upgrade vote. Diplomatic sources said Germany will vote Yes, but only if Palestine agrees to conditions, such as not filing anti-Israel cases at the ICC, in line with the UK's position.
