Denmark up for rebate on EU membership

Denmark is up for a €130m rebate on its annual EU contribution financed by reductions in other countries' rebates in Brussels budget talks. The existing UK mechanism stays, while Germany, Netherlands and Sweden get their VAT-based contributions fixed at 0.15%. Netherlands secured a yearly rebate of €650m and Sweden €160m.
