EU-Japan free trade talks in March

The EU and Japan plan to launch free trade agreement talks in March, reports The Japan Times. European council president Herman Van Rompuy is to meet Japan's prime minister Shinzo Abe at the end of March. The European commission says an agreement will create more jobs and spur growth.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
