Part-time workers 'underemployed'

Eurostat, the EU's statistical office, says 21.4% of part-time workers in the EU want longer hours and are underemployed. At 66%, Germany has the most part-time workers wanting more hours, followed by Spain at 55% and Latvia at 53%. There are 43 million part-time workers in the EU.
