Deal reached on EU fish catches for 2014

EU ministers in Brussels Tuesday reached a deal on fish catches for 2014. Under the agreement, 27 stocks will be fished according to maximum sustainable yield, up from 25 in 2013. But Seas at Risk, an NGO, said governments had failed to follow scientific advice for many species.
