The Netherlands calls for new EU policy on Cuba

Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans on Tuesday signed an agreement on political consultations with Cuba breaking ranks with the European Union. "I think it is time for Europe to revise its position on Cuba," he said, Reuters reports. "Dialogue is a better way than turning our backs to each other."
