EU set to relaunch Cuba relations

The EU is set to normalise relations with Cuba, reports AFP. An EU diplomat told the news agency that the 28 member stats have "agreed on the principle of reviewing relations with Cuba." The EU severed relations in 2003 following a Cuban crackdown that sent 75 dissidents to jail.
