US imposes sanctions on Ukrainian officials

The US embassy in Kiev said Wednesday America has "revoked the visas of several Ukrainians who were linked to the violence" against pro-EU protesters in November and December. It added "we are considering further action against those responsible for current violence." EUobserver understands interior minster Zakharchenko is on the blacklist.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
