Around 12 migrants died Wednesday as their vessel was being towed by a Greek coast guard vessel, reports the BBC. The UN refugee agency says survivors told them that the boat was being towed towards Turkey in an apparent push-back. "UNHCR is urging the authorities to investigate this incident."
