Nato chides Russia on missile deployment, Ukraine

Nato director Fogh Rasmussen in Munich Saturday urged Russia to reconsider the deployment of "offensive" air force and missile units in its Kaliningrad exclave. He did not explicitly link the move to the Ukraine crisis, but added: "Ukraine must have the freedom to choose its own path without external pressure."
