African Union threatens to boycott EU talks over Mugabe invite

The African Union has threatened to withdraw from a planned trade and investment summit in Belgium in April with the EU if Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe is not invited. Mugabe is currently subject to an EU travel ban but was recently elected vice-chair of the AU's executive council.
