ECB keeps key interest rate unchanged

The European Central Bank Thursday decided to keep the key interest rate unchanged at an all-time low of 0.25%, as the risk of deflation continues to hamper growth. Inflation has to be kept below 2% but it is currently at 0.7%, ECB chief Mario Draghi said in a press conference.
