EU ready to scrap 96% of duties on US goods

The European Union will offer to lift 96 percent of existing US import tariffs on the understanding that Washington reciprocates, reports Reuters. The offer is set to be presented Monday as part of ongoing negotiations on the world's largest free-trade deal.
