Gazprom fails to satisfy EU in anti-trust case

Energy giant Gazprom has failed to assuage EU concerns that it over-charges countries for gas, the bloc's competition commissioner said Friday. "On prices we have not yet received what we need," Joaquin Almunia told reporters, indicating that the EU commission could charge Gazprom with abusing its dominant market position.
