Finland mulls sending troops to CAR

Finland on Monday said it may send up to 100 troops to the Central African Republic, reports Finnish news agency Yle. The soldiers would take part in the planned EU mission to provide security for humanitarian supply shipments and to refugees in the war-torn nation.
