Ukraine President claims 'peace deal' with opposition

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said he has reached a deal with the opposition after all-night talks mediated by the German, Polish and French foreign ministers, who were more cautious about the agreement. The deal should be signed later on Friday. Violent clashes between police and demonstrators continued Friday morning.
