Ukip funding for election campaign in turmoil

Ukip's spring conference ran into a heated debate over funding with the party's deputy chairman, Neil Hamilton, accusing top donor Paul Sykes of failing to deliver on funding promises. Hamilton said he cannot plan the EU election campaign until he's "seen the colour" of the businessman's money, the Guardian reports.
