Finland's Russian speakers invited to observe Crimea vote

Russian-speaking Finns in Finland have received a letter of invitation to observe the Crimean autonomy referendum as elections observers on 16-17 March, reports Finland's state broadcaster Yle. Yle notes it is unclear if the letter is official. The letter says travel and accommodation expenses would be paid.
